Our law firm was founded in 1950 by Panagiotis Economou. In 1992 Stefanos P. Economou, Attorney at Law at the Supreme Court, D.E.A., became the firm’s Managing Partner.

A third generation of attorneys has joined the firm, namely Fani S. Economou (Tax Law, Athens University of Economics and Business) and Panagiotis S. Economou  (LLM Queen Mary University).

Stefanos Economou graduated from Law School with Honors. In 1988 he was awarded a post-graduate degree (D.E.A.) by the University of Paris. He speaks English and French and has very extensive experience, both as a litigator and as a consultant to business entities and private persons.

Stefanos Economou worked for 21 years as General Counsel and Compliance Officer for pharmaceutical company Boehringer Ingelheim Hellas S.A. and has served as a Board Member. Our law firm is also experienced in providing legal services to other sectors, including a collaboration of more than 20 years with the telecommunications company WIND HELLAS, the healthcare company Edwards Lifesciences, Vlassis Stathokostopoulos group of companies which operates some of the best-known restaurants and clubs in Athens (such as Baraonda, Dionysos/Zonar’s, Ithaki, En Plo, Vive Mar-Riviera, Penarubia, etc.), the Athenian Paper Industry (Softex), Guerrilla Mobile Ltd., Vestitel S.A.,  Bell Atlantic, etc.

He is the author of many books and articles published in legal reviews and he is invited to television channels to speak for legal matters.
